Preparing our pupils for life after school is a huge part of the journey. We offer a range of personalised learning programmes for older pupils as safe, managed experiences that are focussed on independent living skills and personal development.
From taking a bus into town to learning how to cook and live healthily, we want to equip every pupil with confidence and the ability to look after themselves as independently as possible.
Developing independence is vital when it comes to living successfully in the community. Together we practice a range of supported community skills, such as shopping, dealing with money, making decisions and developing communication and teamwork skills for later life.
