Due to continual growth, new positions are available to join our team of talented Learning Support Assistants who work with the class Teachers to help plan and deliver lessons, and with the Pastoral Support Team and Therapists. We are seeking candidates who thrive on working in a challenging but immensely rewarding environment, who are passionate about supporting the development of social, life and independence skills and who truly want to make a difference in the lives of pupils.

Excellent salary range from £25,183 – £27,569 FTE per annum (actual term time only for this position is £22,169 to £24,005 per annum).

Are you an outstanding qualified Specialist Primary Teacher KS1 and KS2 with experience of teaching and supporting key stages 1 and 2 with Special Educational Needs? We are looking for a proactive, resourceful, and energetic SEMH Primary Teacher for key stages 1 and 2 across the curriculum, with the support of our specialist teachers covering Art, Design/DT, PE, Maths and English.

The position of Specialist KS3 ASC Teacher has been created to support the growth of the school and the needs of our pupils, it is a great opportunity to be part of a team proving the very best possible educational opportunities for our pupils within a nurturing and supportive setting. To truly meet the pupils needs, and set them up for successful adult lives, we think beyond conventional education and meet their broader holistic potential and help to influence the society that they are part of to be more connected, inclusive, and compassionate.

The school uses a therapeutic approach to support pupils with their individual difficulties. Everything the school does is based on positive relationships and viewing behaviour as communication.
