Farm Worker / Assistant (Education)
We are seeking a full-time Farm Worker / Assistant (Education) to support the day-to-day running and development of our working farm. This is a unique opportunity to combine your practical skills in farming and land management with supporting students’ learning and wellbeing through hands-on, outdoor activities.

Hours: 37 per week mainly Monday to Friday (08.30-16.30 Monday to Thursday, 08.30-16.00 on a Friday). The position requires flexibility, including weekend work.

Administrator / EHCP Co-ordinator – Full Time, Term Time Only
Are you a highly organised administrator with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of SEND processes? We are looking for an Administrator / EHCP Co-ordinator to join our central administration team and play a vital role in ensuring that all Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant.

Actual pro-rated salary range is £25,561 to £27,727 (FTE £27,711–£30,060) for working 37 hours and 41 weeks (39 weeks in line with School terms plus 2 weeks).

SEMH Primary and Lower KS3 Teacher
Are you a self-motivated skilled Primary and / or KS3 Teacher with a creative approach to curriculum delivery and the skills to continuously improve the learning experience for our pupils. You should have a passion for inclusion and teaching pupils with SEMH challenges.

Generalist ASC Teacher (KS2/3)
You should be self-motivated with a creative approach to curriculum delivery and have the skills to continuously improve the learning experience for our pupils. You should have experience of working with young people with Autism and complex needs and understand what approaches work well and how building positive relationships are key.

Freelance Tutor – Functional Skills, English and Maths KS4 (Dorchester Area)
Starting in September, we have a 4 hour a week freelance opportunity to deliver tutoring support in the community (Dorchester area) on a Thursday (4 hours between 10am and 2pm) to two of our young people (ages 14 – 16). The level they are working towards is functional skills in English and Maths.

Hourly rate: £25-30 per hour, depending on experience.

Contract: Self-employed Contract for Services from September 2025 – June/July 2026.
